What It Does
Provides set cash payment for injuries and medical services after an accident. Cash is paid directly to the client and can be used for any purpose.

No Annual or Lifetime Limits
  1. No limits on the number of accidents covered
  2. Each accident has a maximum benefit

Fixed Cash Benefits for Treatments & Services
  1. Hospital room/board: $750/day up to 30 days
  2. Inpatient services: $750/day up to 15 days
  3. Outpatient surgery: $250/visit (max 5)
  4. Doctors: $50/visit (max 8)
  5. Dental: $200
  6. Rehab: $150
  7. Medical equipment/supplies: 4$100
  8. ER visit: $250 per accident

Scheduled Injury Benefits
  1. Concussion: $100
  2. Dislocation: $500
  3. Ambulance
    1. Ground: $200 (max 2)
    2. Air: $3,000 (max 1)
  4. Fractures:
    1. Skull/hip/neck: $2,500
    2. Pelvis: $1,500
    3. Arm/leg/shoulder: $1,500
    4. Wrist/foot/jaw: $1,000
    5. Ribs: $500 each

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Included
  1. Up to $50,000 for:
  2. Accidental death
  3. Loss of both hand/feet/eyesight
  4. Partial benefits for loss of one hand/foot, sight in one eye, speech, or hearing
  5. Dependents receive 50% of listed values

Guaranteed Issue & No Network Limits
  1. Coverage is guaranteed issue
  2. You can visit any doctor or hospital - no preauthorization needed
  3. No waiting period

Eligibility & Renewability
Up to age 70 - annual auto-renew

What’s Not Covered
  1. Illness
  2. Injuries from 2- or 3-wheeled vehicles
  3. Professional or extreme sports
  4. Illegal acts or drug/alcohol impairment
  5. Self-inflicted injury or suicide
  6. Non-covered surgeries, cosmetic procedures, or elective care
