What It Does
Provides cash benefits directly to the insured after the first-ever diagnosis of cancer/ heart attack, or stroke.
Plan Levels
- Guaranteed-issue: $25,000 or $30,000
- Standard-issue: $50,000 or $75,000
Benefits
- First-ever cancer diagnosis - 100% payout
- Heart attack - 100% payout
- Stroke - 100% payout
- Coronary bypass (25% payout)
- Coronary angioplasty (10% payout)
Heart attack and stroke must be due to certain disease or conditions.
Waiting Periods Apply
- Cancer: 90-day waiting period
- Heart/Stroke: 30-day waiting period
Preexisting Condition Limitations
- Conditions before the effective date
- Conditions showing signs/symptoms withing the 24-month lookback period
- Conditions diagnosed within the waiting period
No Network Restrictions
Members can go to any doctor or hospital

Ages 0-75
Renewable to age 75
Partial Payouts Preserve Remaining Benefits
For partial-benefit payouts, the remaining percentage of the select benefit remains available for future qualifying diagnoses until the full 100% has been paid out.
