When accessing the Knowledge Base I get the message, 'We have no content to display.' or I cannot see any articles (Except this one).

When accessing the Knowledge Base I get the message, 'We have no content to display.' or I cannot see any articles (Except this one).

The Agent Knowledge base is restricted to registered agents only.      If you are a registered agent,  then use the 'Sign-In'  link 
on the top menu bar to login using your Compass Email address and password.
