How to download CPN
The file to download the CPN is found in Compass Agent Portal.
Step 1:
Login to Compass Agent Portal. If you do not know your credentials for Compass Agent Portal, check your inbox for an email with that information.
Step 2:
Scroll down to the Tech Platforms section.
Step 3:
Click on the CPN Download link.
Step 4:
If your anti-virus software blocks the CPN download, you will need to disable your anti-virus to install CPN.
Step 5:
Your login credentials are the same as your login credentials for Compass Agent Portal.
