How to change your CPN password
Agents can change their CPN password using the Compass Agent Portal (CAP).
Step 1:
Login to Compass Agent Portal. If you do not know your credentials for Compass Agent Portal, check your inbox for an email with that information.
Step 2:
Click on your Agent Profile Settings in the top right.
Step 3:
Click the 'Change Password' button.
Step 4:
Enter your new password into the 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields then hit submit.
Note:
This will also change your password for logging into the Compass Agent Portal.
