How to Manage Campaigns in the CPN

00:00: This guide will show you how to efficiently manage campaigns using the CPN. 00:05: Log into the CPN and select the health module. 00:09: Highlight the contact you want to activate the campaign for 00:13: To get started, click the manage campaign title. 00:16: A table will appear with a list of pre-built campaigns on the right. 00:20: You will be able to see any campaigns that are already active for the highlighted client. 00:25: To add a campaign, you will highlight the desired campaign and click the arrow pointing 00:29: to the ad campaign column 00:32: Then click update in the campaign will appear in the ad campaign column telling you 00:36: that it is now active. 00:39: To remove a campaign highlighted in the ad campaign column, and click the arrow pointing 00:43: in the direction of the remove campaign column. 00:46: Then click update in the client will no longer receive correspondence for this campaign. 00:52: During open enrollment, you can edit a portion of the email that is triggered to your clients. 00:57: To make those edits, you will click view, edit campaigns. 01:01: You will be redirected to the compass agent portal here, you will be able to edit 01:05: a small portion of the email.
